All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Our site is really easy to update, upload photos, create links, etc. The help manual is also handy so I can answer my own simple questions really quickly - I like that they are training me to be more self-sufficient. I appreciate that even if the first person I speak with can't answer my question I am quickly passed on to someone who can. I appreciate the swiftness of the response.
