Early Childhood Services is a government-funded, community-supported project committed to promoting diversity and the equal rights and well being of children, from pre-conception to 6 years of age. It includes a large database-driven directory of organizations, services and programs to support families and children in the Bulkey Valley region. 

Early Childhood Service returned to Spark Design asking them to build a new website with the emphasis on a great design and to be both client-friendly and user-friendly.
