City of Terrace Launches New Website

Posted by Spark Design on Jul 27, 2009

After several months of planning and development, the City of Terrace is pleased to announce the official launch of its new website.

The focus of the redesign is to make the site more user-friendly, accessible, and add more resources while continuing to provide helpful and useful information regarding the City of Terrace and area.

“One of the main goals of the website redesign was to showcase what Terrace and the area have to offer, and provide the most current information in an attractive and easy-to-format,” said Mayor David Pernarowski. “The redesign is a collaborative effort involving all City Departments, and their work to create a user-friendly and comprehensive website is appreciated.”

The site features a sidebar with current City news and events, as well as a Quick Links and Documents section. The redesign of the Residents section streamlines access to City Departments and services, and provides a Frequently Asked Questions section to quickly answer some of the most common questions.

The website redesign team collaborated with Spark Design Web & Print whose assistance and expertise was invaluable. The City also thanks all the photographers who shared their photos with us to showcase the beauty of the area.

Specifically, Spark Design was able to see our vision, to appreciate it, and help us reach our end game...a global model in the Skeena River. They understand the issues and are therefore able to use their creative skills in the most effective way.
