Interactive PDFs
Prior to uploading a PDF to your site, the file size of the PDF should always be reduced (under 1MB) and you should descriptively name the PDF (i.e. Spark_Design_Client_Tips.pdf). Reducing the file size and naming the file appropriately is for easier user download and better usability.
For security issues, the CMS file upload tool won’t allow you to upload interactive pdfs (pdfs with clickable urls, email links, etc). If you need to upload an interactive pdf, just send it to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we’ll upload it to the page you specify.
